Layer Worx 3D Printing is built on a passion for custom design, functional solutions, and creative 3D printing.  We started with a borrowed 3D printer and a whole lot of curiosity.

While working full time, Tony was given the chance to try out a small 3D printer at work. What began as printing a few simple items quickly turned into an obsession. He purchased design software, began learning how to model his own parts, and realized just how powerful — and addictive — 3D printing could be.

At first, the focus was on fun, practical items: small gadgets, fidget toys, household accessories, and custom pieces that solved everyday problems. But things really took off when Tony began designing custom tool organizers — especially Milwaukee Packout inserts tailored to specific tools and setups. When coworkers saw them, the response was immediate. People went nuts.

From there, the possibilities kept expanding. Custom inserts, shop organization, personalized gear, and creative projects became the norm. Tony also discovered a huge demand for custom sports-themed items — especially among die-hard fans. Spinner chains, team-branded accessories, and personalized pieces for Alabama “Roll Tide” fans quickly became favorites. Sports fans are serious about their teams, and they love having gear that shows their loyalty.

Today, Layer Worx 3D Printing creates a mix of functional, fun, and fully custom designs — from workshop organization to fan gear and one-of-a-kind ideas. If you can imagine it, there’s a good chance we can print it.
